Did you know these fabulous blooms are a biennial herb meaning they die after a few short years? Not to worry though. They propagate themselves quite nicely but will not breed true, which, if you ask me, is awesome because you get all sorts of colour combinations. Sweet William flowers symbolize gallantry and are often found in cottage style gardens. They‘re great for attracting birds, bees and butterflies and you can even eat them too.
